People no longer read manuals, guides etc. Everyone is looking for a quick
solution and don't bother use their brains. The quality of IT people has
gone
down the drains. It's pathetic to see the kind of questions Tom Kyte has to
put up with. And the same goes here.

BTW, what is SGA and how does Oracle distribute data across it?
